Gary Schwartz — President

Mr. Schwartz earned his B.A. in Social Sciences in 1971 from Long Island University. He was awarded a full academic scholarship for Masters work at C.W. Post College in 1972. Entering the business equipment and computer field with Bell & Howell in 1973, Mr. Schwartz served as Territory Manager, Sales Manager, and National Marketing Manager until 1981. In 1981 Mr. Schwartz opened his own document imaging company in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. PMI Imaging became the largest Stellent (Optika), Canon dealer in the world for over two decades. Now with almost 100 employees, MTS Software Solutions, Inc is the parent company of imaging subsidiaries in six states along the Atlantic coast. AMI and PMI of Florida supports over 200 ECM/EDM Software clients and over 2500 total clients on the East Coast; while the Service Bureau division produces over 7 million images a month.

Earl Voorhees — General Manager

Mr. Voorhees has twenty-two years of information technology experience, with over ten years focused on the document management industry. Prior to his senior management role at MTS, Earl was Director of Information Technology for a major chemical company, where his responsibilities included the management of world-wide customer service, budgeting, and strategic direction. In addition to having a wealth of management experience, Earl has become an expert in the field of document imaging technology. Mr. Voorhees graduated from Arcadia University with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Economics.

Rob Stewart — Director of Business Development

Mr. Stewart has worked in various sectors of the financial industry, with a current focus on national accounts, including vendor relationships, top tier financial institutions, and Fortune 500 organizations. Rob has 28 years of experience in the software and computer services industry, including banking and insurance. The past 26 years have been in the banking industry, where Rob brings a great deal of knowledge in the intricacies of distributed payments capture as they apply to comprehensive workflow integration. In addition to a successful sales and marketing career, accomplishments include extensive experience in the development, design, and support of various transaction processing related applications and hardware offerings.Prior to joining MTS Imaging in May 2008, Rob was a Senior Sales Executive with Wausau Financial Systems, Payment Solutions group since 1997 and prior to that was employed as a Senior Relationship Manager at Fiserv in their imaging business unit. Previously, he was Regional Marketing Manager at Carreker & Associates, focused on financial software sales. He also worked for Newtrend (Formerly UCCEL Corp. and Computer Associates), a financial services software firm, in various roles including system consulting, marketing, and sales, primarily focused on transaction processing.

Owen O'Connor — Vice President of Sales

Mr. O'Connor began his business career in the mid 1990's as an executive assistant for Viessmann Mfg. Company, a Multinational European manufacturing firm. While in this role, Mr. O'Connor assisted the executive team relative to all aspects of the company's business including: Y2K compliance initiatives, commercial real estate acquisition, IS platform integration, vendor relationship management, and the development and support of the firm's sales and distribution partnership model. This lead to a position as a sales consultant with IKON Office Solutions as an integral part of a corporate pilot initiative which provided the framework for the eventual rollout of IKON's national professional services group. In this capacity, over a six year term, Mr. O'Connor was responsible for software solution sales involving the placement of IKON's full suite of software and hardware products including: advanced capture, workflow, variable data, and document/content management solutions. Success in this role lead to a position as a Sales Director with IKON vendor, Westbrook Technologies Inc., [development firm of the Fortis ECM suite of products] to lead Westbrook's Elite Partner Program in the Eastern US. While in this role, Mr. O'Connor achieved double digit YOY growth from 2005-2008. Mr. O'Connor graduated from Eckerd College with a dual degree in International Business, and Business Management, with a Minor in Spanish.

Bhavik Patel — Vice President of Software Development

Mr. Patel is an accomplished IT Program Manager with over 18 years of diverse experience in designing, developing and implementing enterprise wide document and receivable management solutions. Prior to joining MTS Software Solutions, Mr. Patel worked at J&B Software in Blue Bell, PA where he was responsible for managing a multimillion dollar eProducts portfolio and delivering groundbreaking solutions such as global check clearing solutions and mobile check deposit solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Patel is responsible for managing and providing overall leadership to the software product division at MTS Software Solutions.

Larry Schwartz — Vice President of Sales Philadelphia Region

Mr. Schwartz has 20 years experience in document management systems, and information management. Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and has received numerous awards and recognition for his solution selling capabilities. Mr. Schwartz has been a finalist for Canon's Golden Eagle Award for four years in a row from 1998 to 2001. In December of 2002, Mr. Schwartz was awarded The Cover of Business Solutions for his excellent selling techniques. Mr. Schwartz is the largest sales producer at MTS.

Jeff Dayton — Director of Professional Services

Mr. Dayton has over thirteen years of Information Technology experience working in a variety of roles for Campbell's Soup Company ranging from application and infrastructure design and managing internal IT staff. Mr. Dayton holds many industry certifications and is considered an expert in the field of document and content technology. Specifically, Mr. Dayton manages all MTS technical personnel, and has a specific discipline relative to the design, roll-out, and project management associated to enterprise and complex ECM solutions. Mr. Dayton earned his degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
